The shipments for US and Canada are handled by USPS. We cannot ship to P. O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. You will always receive an e-mail notifying when your order has been shipped. Please allow one-two days to process your order.

We prefer USPS, Priority Mail to preserve the freshness of our products (2-3 days delivery).

For orders over $50 we offer free shipping within US, via USPS Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

We ship worldwide orders via USPS. All shipments are subject to the USPS Term and Conditions of service in effect at the time of shipping for the country of origin. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some delays may occur due to custom requirements.

RETURN POLICIES

You have to examine the product/(s) upon receipt. If any item is damaged or missing please notify Telbari within 10 days from the date of purchase. You have to notify our customer representative within 30 days from the date of purchase, if you wish to return your product/(s). Unfortunately the shipping fee is not refundable. If you are expecting a refund, please allow a reasonable period of time for the product/(s) to arrive. We will process your refund within 5 days after receiving the product/(s).
